The Healdsburg Toffee Company is family-owned and operated. We personally
oversee all production in our factory, located in the heart of the Northern California
Wine Country. While we began with our special toffee recipe, it became such an immediate
success, we now make over 25 different other types of confections. Some are available online,
others you can find in various locations throughout the country.

We use the finest Guittard chocolate exclusively, along with the finest of basic ingredients:
sweet cream butter, pure cane sugar, rich dark vanilla, and fresh nuts. In addition, only the
highest quality specialty ingredients go into our ever-growing collection
of new and unusual recipes.

We make all our candy in small batches, in order to ensure each piece
will be a special treat, remaining consistently delicious from the first bite to the last. All our
candy is 100% handmade. Toffee pieces, for instance, are cut or broken by hand and dipped
one-by-one in warm, tempered Guittard chocolate. Similarly, each of our other recipes
has its own special procedures that must be carried out by hand.
